The cup that
defined a category.
A Hanoi invention, 1946.
When milk was scarce in wartime Hà Nội, a barista whisked egg yolk with sugar and condensed milk over robusta coffee. The result was a silky, custard-like cup the world now calls egg coffee. At Eggyolk, we don't treat it as a novelty — it is the category we were built to own.
Arabica from Quảng Trị.
We source directly from Bru Vân Kiều farmers in Quảng Trị and serve every cup in hand-thrown Bát Tràng ceramics. From farm to foam, the whole circle is one community.
